What you need and what you should know before you start:
The Erich Sailer Ski Scholarship is open to girls ages 8–18 who are actively involved in alpine skiing. This reflection section includes two video essay questions and four short written responses designed to help us understand your dreams, values, mindset, and commitment to the sport.
🎥 Video Essays
You will submit short video responses (up to 2 minutes each) for the two video prompts. These videos should be your own words, spoken naturally, and do not need to be professionally produced. Authenticity matters more than polish.
✍️ Written Reflections
You will answer four short-answer written questions. We encourage thoughtful, clear responses that reflect your own voice. Spelling and grammar do not need to be perfect — we care most about your ideas, experiences, and perspective.
👧 Applicant Voice
This scholarship celebrates your story. Parents/guardians may help with general navigation of the form, but all video and written responses must be created by the applicant.
